Erin Munsell, MPT


Erin joined Blacksburg Physical Therapy Associates in the fall of 2008. In her 12+ years as a physical therapist, she has worked in both outpatient and home healthcare settings. Erin enjoys working with patients of all physical levels and ages to achieve their rehabilitation goals. She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Philadelphia, Hahnemann in Philadelphia, PA. Erin serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students.

Glen Davis PT, C.O.M.T


Glen joined BPTA in 2011. Glen has been a physical therapist for over 18 years. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. In 2003 Glen received his certification in the Maitland Australian Approach specializing him as a C.O.M.T. (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist). Throughout his career Glen has been practicing in an orthopedic setting treating various orthopedic and sports injuries. As a C.O.M.T he specializes in the treatment of the spine through a hands on approach and skills to administer manipulative therapy. He also serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students.

Allison Toffle, DPT


Allison received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from West Virginia University in 2013, earning the Basic Science Award for academic excellence. She particularly enjoys working with individuals with shoulder pain and patellofemoral pain syndrome. An avid sports fan, she loves ice hockey and college football.  Allison joined BPTA in 2014!

Diana Riggins, LPTA


Diana graduated Suma Cum Laude from Wytheville Community College in 1996 with a degree of Physical Therapist Assistant. Diana received the ‘Clinical Excellence’ award for the class of 1996.Diana has been with BPTA since 1996 with experience treating a variety of patients to include orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Cindy Henderson, PT, DPT, A.T., C, FAFS


Cindy has practiced as a Licensed Physical Therapist for 20+ years and enjoyed serving the New River Valley since 1991. She joined BPTA in 1994 and loves being involved in her community. Cindy graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a degree in Physical Therapy, completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, is a Certified Athletic Trainer from the BOC of the National Athletic Trainers Association, and recently completed a fellowship with the Gray Institute as a fellow of applied functional science. Cindy is a Board Certified Direct Access Provider.  Cindy enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels.  She has worked with professional, college, and high school athletes along with ‘weekend warriors’.  Her previous work experience includes inpatient, outpatient, home health, consultant to collegiate/professional teams/ballet companies. Cindy has her certification in industrial Functional Capacity Evaluations, Functional Job Analysis and Prework screens, and enjoys educating industries on injury prevention strategies.  Cindy’s postgraduate education has focused on mechanical spinal evaluation and treatment, biomechanical gait analysis, orthotics, functional training for orthopedic and sports related injuries, women’s health and industrial medicine.  Cindy is a member of the APTA, VPTA and NATA. She serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy and athletic training students.

Kathy Reilly MSR, PT


Kathy has been with BPTA since January 2003. Kathy received her Masters of Science in Rehabilitation, PT from the Medical University of South Carolina. She received a B.S. from James Madison University. Kathy has experience working in outpatient, sports medicine, inpatient and pediatrics. Her special interest is Aquatic Therapy!
